Zuzüglich der angegebenen Produktpreise fallen Versandkosten an. Diese variieren je nach Gewicht.

Individual requests by the customer for special products with higher quantities can lead to different shipping costs and will be agreed separately with the customer.

We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

The delivery and delivery of your order is carried out by a certified shipping service provider, e.g. DHL, UPS, DPD, etc.

As a standard we only ship to Germany. If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email to info@woellner-magtec.de and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can or may ship to the country you have chosen and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner. If shipping to other countries is possible, please ask under info@woellner-magtec.de.

If the goods are sold out in the meantime at the time of complete payment and have to be ordered again, the company woellner-MagTec. will inform the customer at short notice.

In case of orders against prepayment, the goods will only be delivered after full payment has been received by the company woellner-MagTec. and woellner-MagTec. will not reserve the ordered goods until payment has been received.

If the company woellner-MagTec. is not able to deliver the ordered goods without own fault because the supplier of woellner-MagTec. does not fulfil his contractual obligations, woellner-MagTec. is entitled to withdraw from the contract with the customer. However, this right of withdrawal only exists if woellner-MagTec. has concluded a congruent covering transaction (binding, timely and sufficient order of the goods) with the supplier concerned and is not responsible for the non-delivery of the goods in any other way. In such a case woellner-MagTec. will inform the customer immediately that the ordered goods are not available. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded immediately.

If woellner-MagTec. is prevented from fulfilling its delivery obligations due to the occurrence of unforeseen events which affect woellner-MagTec. or its suppliers and woellner-MagTec. could not avert these events even with the diligence reasonable under the circumstances, e.g. war, natural disasters and force majeure, the delivery period will be extended appropriately. woellner-MagTec. will also inform the customer about this immediately. The legal claims of the customer remain unaffected by this.
